AppClicke is a platform where users can submit ideas for web-based applications (progressive web apps). In exchange for a one-time submission fee, each idea is reviewed and considered for development.
When you submit an idea to AppClicke:
You confirm that the idea is your own original concept.
You retain ownership of your idea until/unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You understand that submission does not guarantee development or compensation.
You grant AppClicke a non-exclusive right to review, evaluate, and consider your idea.
A non-refundable $20 fee is required for each idea submitted. This fee covers:
Review and evaluation of your idea
Basic research to assess originality and viability
Consideration for full development
We do not provide refunds, including if your idea is not selected.
If your idea is selected for development:
We will contact you directly to discuss next steps.
A separate agreement will be provided that outlines your role, potential earnings, and any revenue-sharing terms.
No development will begin without a written agreement in place.
AppClicke retains full discretion to determine which ideas are selected for development.
You retain rights to your idea upon submission. However:
AppClicke is not responsible for ensuring legal protection (such as patents).
We do not claim ownership over submitted ideas unless a development agreement is signed.
You acknowledge that similar ideas may be submitted by others or independently developed by AppClicke.
We do not publicly share your submitted ideas. However:
Your submission is not legally protected under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
If selected, we will work with you to outline protection and ownership in a separate development agreement.
By using this site, you agree that:
AppClicke is not liable for any loss, damages, or perceived value of an unselected idea.
AppClicke makes no guarantee of selection, development, or earnings.
Use of this website and submission of your idea is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

By accessing this website, submitting an idea, or making a payment to AppClicke, you agree to the following:
Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of this website, your idea submission, or these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted in Gibson County, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You expressly waive any right to file a lawsuit in any court of law.
You further agree to waive any right to a jury trial and waive participation in any class action or representative proceeding. By submitting your idea, you understand and accept that you have no legal recourse through the court system, and that all disputes will be handled privately through arbitration.
The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any remedy available under applicable law, but shall not have authority to certify a class or hear consolidated claims. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
